Timshell B Eye Drop is a combination ophthalmic solution that contains Timolol (a non-selective beta-blocker) and Brimonidine (an alpha-2 adrenergic agonist). This combination provides an enhanced effect for lowering intraocular pressure (IOP) in patients with open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension.
By combining these two mechanisms, Timshell B Eye Drop effectively controls IOP, reducing the risk of optic nerve damage and preserving vision in patients with glaucoma or high eye pressure. It is typically used in patients who require additional IOP control or those who are unable to achieve adequate pressure reduction with a single agent.
Common side effects may include eye irritation, burning, or stinging upon application. Other potential side effects include dry mouth, fatigue, dizziness, and rarely bradycardia or hypotension. If any severe side effects occur, consult a healthcare provider immediately.

For external use only. Avoid direct contact of the dropper with the eye or other surfaces to prevent contamination. If irritation persists, discontinue use and seek medical advice.
Store at room temperature (below 25°C). Keep the bottle tightly closed and protect it from light and moisture. Do not use after the expiration date.
