Ciprofloxacin 250mg Tablet is a broad-spectrum fluoroquinolone antibiotic used to treat a wide range of bacterial infections. It works by inhibiting bacterial DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV, enzymes essential for bacterial DNA replication and repair. This leads to the destruction of bacteria and resolution of infection. It may also be used in the management of bone and joint infections and infectious diarrhea.
