Cilosize 100 Tablet contains Cilostazol 100mg, a selective phosphodiesterase III inhibitor with antiplatelet and vasodilatory properties. It is primarily used to manage symptoms of intermittent claudication caused by peripheral arterial disease (PAD). Cilostazol works by inhibiting platelet aggregation and promoting vasodilation in the blood vessels, thereby enhancing blood flow, especially in the lower limbs. This improves oxygen delivery to muscles and helps patients walk longer distances without pain. Over time, it assists in reducing leg cramping and discomfort associated with walking due to poor circulation.
